PENSACOLA WEB STUDIO
PRIVACY POLICY
Effective October 17, 2026
Pensacola Web Studio (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you use our contact form or the Start a Project form, we collect what you enter. That can include your name, email address, phone number, website address, project type, timeframe, how you’d like to meet, your competitors, any special requirements for your site, and project details.
- Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, your approximate location, your browser and device type, and the site that referred you. We don’t use this to identify you personally.
- Advertising. We advertise with Google Ads. When you arrive from one of our ads, a Google cookie records that visit, and when you send one of our forms, Google is told that a form was sent so we can measure which ads lead to inquiries. Google may also use these cookies to show you our ads on other websites. What you type into our forms is not sent to Google.
- Fonts. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and discuss your project
- To schedule appointments and consultations
- To communicate with you before, during, and after a project
- To send occasional updates about our services. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To understand and improve how the website performs, and to measure how well our advertising works
- To protect the site against spam and abuse, and to meet legal obligations
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. Contact details you submit may be shared with third-party apps and services that we use for appointment scheduling and communication, such as scheduling, email, and customer-management tools. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also share information:
- with service providers that host and run this website, including Google Analytics and Google Ads;
- if required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients, or others;
- as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, or turn off personalized ads in Google’s My Ad Center. For more on how Google handles data, see Google’s Privacy Policy.
How long we keep information
We keep what you submit for as long as it’s needed to respond to you, work with you, and keep reasonable business records. After that, we delete it, or sooner if you ask.
How we protect information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time. To make a request, email us at the address below.
Children’s privacy
This website isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Links to other websites
Our site may link to other websites and social media platforms. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and change the effective date above.
